    Warranty and Return

    We provide two years warranty for the motor and three years warranty for the pontoon boat, three months warranty for the trolling motor accessories and boat accessories.

    Within warranty, we will provide free repair parts for the quality issues. For not quality issues, we will also help you solve the problem, but you need to pay for the repair parts and shipping cost.

    After receiving your purchase order, we will arrange shipment in the first place. If you contact us for return or exchange after our products have been shipped out but haven’t arrived yet, we will contact the courier for interception. If the interception is successful, then we will deduct the interception cost when we refunding after our warehouse receiving the goods.

    If the express delivery shows that it has already been sent to you, we are willing to provide a return shipping label. You could use our return shipping label to return the goods, but we will deduct the return shipping cost when we refunding after our warehouse receiving the goods .You could also return the goods by yourself, we will give you a full refund after our warehouse receiving the goods, but we don’t bear the shipping cost.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@aquospro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
